Pembrooke Fine Landscapes is revolutionizing backyard living with modern pavilions that keep you warm and comfortable outdoors well into the fall.

Having a perfect backyard oasis is tops on every Hamptons homeowner’s wish list, and a budding trend in outdoor living is a modern pavilion that offers both quiet seclusion and an ideal space for entertaining, including state-of-the-art technology and deluxe amenities.
“The [summer] season is fleeting,” says Pembrooke Fine Landscapes’ founder, Bill D’Agata. “In these pavilions, what we’ve done to extend that season is build infrared heaters into the ceiling systems. These heating components, as well as fireplaces and other things, allow [homeowners] to come out in the fall.”
Pembrooke’s stylish pavilions include such host- or hostess-friendly perks as built-in grills, televisions, and bar taps. “It’s becoming more and more popular to stay out beyond Labor Day,” says D’Agata, and a pavilion makes it much more comfortable as the temperature starts to dip. Having an open-air space with all the bells and whistles allows you to not only enjoy the outdoors longer, but stay in the Hamptons longer, too.
