What do you get when two women who epitomize summer bohemia collaborate? A whole lot of embroidery, embellishment, and fun. Joey Wölffer, whose mobile boutique Styleliner has been a Hamptons presence since 2010, has teamed up with Alix Verley-Pietrafesa of Alix of Bohemia for an exclusive, limited-edition collaboration that will be on every Hamptons woman’s wish list this season. “[Alix and I] are aligned with what we stand for, the mixture of rustic and refined,” says Wölffer. “Her pieces, like our collections, are inspired by travel and created for adventure. Neither of us follows trends, but rather creates pieces that should be passed on to the next generation.”
The collection will include day dresses and tops/shorts combos “with prints and embroideries done especially for us,” says Wölffer.
Also happening at the Styleliner this summer will be a capsule collection with Elisabeth Bell designer Beth Yorn and new products from designers such as Cristina Zazo and Jacquie Aiche.
“True Hamptons style is relaxed and beach chic, with an elegant twist,” says Wölffer, whose Styleliner will be opening a second location on the wharf in Nantucket this summer. “Style in general is about what makes you feel good and special and makes you stand out.” 25 Madison St., Sag Harbor, 725-1436
