"My first stop almost every morning is at Naturally Good. I absolutely love their scrambled tofu with veggies, which gives me my morning protein and fiber, and their Green Machine juice is full of veggies to detox your system for the day. Their cold-brewed coffee in the summer is also my favorite. I enjoy my breakfast in their beautiful garden, where they even grow their own herbs that they use in the kitchen. Talk about fresh!"
"No matter what kind of mood you’re in, stop at Happy Bowls and you will no doubt leave happy. I've tried many acai bowls around the country and have yet to find an acai bowl comparable to that of Happy Bowls. I always opt for the build-your-own bowl option; I get unsweetened organic acai to cut any added sugar, leave out granola because of the extra calories, and add tons of fresh fruit toppings and almonds for vitamin E, protein, and many other health benefits. I always leave a little more healthy and happy than when I walked in."
"One of my all time favorites out East is Babette’s. Their fresh-squeezed juices, eggwhite omelettes, and Upper Crusted Salmon Salad are my favorites. Brunch on a Sunday at one of their posh outdoor tables definitely makes for a healthy meal and a great pre-cardio fix for shopping around Newtown Lane."
"Lisa’s Lovely Organics may have just opened this season, but they already have the stamp for one of the best health food spots on the East End. I love going to a SoulCycle class in East Hampton and walking over to Lisa’s afterward, where I get their fresh-squeezed juices, including the Minty Melon, made with watermelon, lime, and mint, for the perfect post-workout hydration. This is definitely the best juice in town, and the staff is the loveliest as well."
"I have to admit: I would sometimes go all the way from Montauk to East Hampton for a good SoulCycle class, but now we have SoulCycle Montauk. I love a great SoulCycle class out East, especially with SoulCycle instructor Emily Turner. I always leave class feeling extra motivated. Each time I put one foot in front of the other and push myself on the bike, I remind myself of the weight loss journey that I took on my own and remind myself that no matter what, if you put one foot in front of the other in life, you can accomplish anything."
"The Montauk Farmers Market is a unique experience and one of my favorite happenings out East. For my weight loss I created all of my healthy recipes on my own through careful nutritional research. At the Montauk Farmer’s Market, the leading local farms on the East End come together on Thursday mornings and bring their freshest produce. My favorite part of the experience is getting to speak with the farmers and discuss their work out East and learn about what they are growing this season. After this I go home and curate new healthy recipes and cook for my family and friends."
"At about 5 pm every day I put my sneakers on and earbuds in and begin walking and jogging along the bucolic paths that Montauk offers. The natural setting allows me to unwind from city life and any stresses in my life. I run and walk up and down hills to create my own resistance and interval training and eventually make my way into town and sit by the ocean with a clear mind. I can only think after I have worked out. I swear it cures everything!

I always make sure to upload a picture post workout to inspire and motivate others in the BurnThis community.
