Chloe Epstein’s innovative, health-conscious frozen treat—a simple blend of fruit, filtered water, and a sprinkle of organic cane sugar—hits the Hamptons with the brand’s newest creation: fruit-based frozen pops. Without any added dairy, the rich, fruity treats taste creamy in flavors such as banana, mango, raspberry, strawberry, and Epstein’s favorite, tangerine—“It’s citrusy and refreshing; it feels a little exotic,” she says. Look for blueberry, blood orange, and dark chocolate varieties rolling out in early July at The Golden Pear Cafe locations in Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor, as well as at the pop-up at Hampton Coffee Company in Water Mill. “We conceived the idea of Chloe’s in the Hamptons,” Epstein says. “The idea was always to come back to where it all started.” Hampton Coffee Company, 869 Montauk Hwy., Water Mill, 726-2633; The Golden Pear Cafe, 99 Main St., Southampton, 283-8900; 111 Main St., Sag Harbor, 725-2270; 2426 Montauk Hwy., Bridgehampton, 537-1100; 34 Newtown Lane, East Hampton, 329-1600

Michael Aram’s Ocean Coral caviar dish ($159) is both practical and elegant.
Meticulously crafted from stainless steel, glass, horn, and plated nickel, artist Michael Aram’s Ocean Coral caviar dish and spoon is ideal for not only savoring caviar, but also tastefully staging it. Hamptons-based interior designer Susanne Kelley suggests framing the dish with candlesticks on a dining table, arranging it on a tray alongside decanters and wineglasses, or using it as an ornamental piece on a sideboard. However displayed, the dish serves its purpose, as Kelley says, it is “an elegant, beach-style bowl perfect for entertaining in the Hamptons.” Hildreth’s, 51 Main St., Southampton, 283-2300
