A HOLE IN ONE
1½ ounces Johnnie Walker Red Label
1 tablespoon honey
3 ounces unsweetened iced tea
lemon wedge (for garnish)
Combine the Red Label, honey and iced tea. Stir and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
THE PEACHAMPTON
1 ounce Johnnie Walker Black Label
½ ounce peach liqueur
¼ ounce fresh lemon juice
1½ ounces apple juice
Lemon peel (for garnish)
Combine Black Label, peach liqueur, lemon juice and apple juice. Mix and pour into a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with lemon peel.
