Amagansett’s Indian Wells Tavern is often dubbed as a beer and burger joint, but it’s also home to some pretty spectacular summer cocktails.
The crew behind the bar prides themselves on keeping the drink menu fresh and fun with seasonal selections like the Bikini Martini (Malibu Coconut, Absolut Vodka, pineapple juice, and grenadine). For something lighter, request the Premium Skinny Margarita, made with Patrón Premium Silver Tequila, organic agave nectar, and fresh lime juice, or the Fresca Tina, an effervescent mix of Grey Goose L’Orange, Fresca soda, and a splash of cranberry.
