Thinking Pink

As the summer winds down, Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka is one way to keep the party going. Look for hints of sweet pink grapefruit, tangy citrus and vanilla. Mix up cocktails like the Pink Yuzu Sour or the Pink Salty Dog, and everyone will wish for an endless summer.

BELVEDERE PINK YUZU SOUR

1½ ounces Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka
½ ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/3 ounce yuzu juice
½ ounce honey
Dash egg white

Mix vodka and honey until honey is dissolved. Add rest of ingredients and shake. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and add a couple drops of Peychaud bitters to the foam top.

 
BELVEDERE PINK SALTY DOG

1½ ounces Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka
4 ounces premium or freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice

Rim a rocks glass or small wine goblet with Malden sea salt. Fill glass with ice and add vodka and grapefruit juice. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.

 
BELVEDERE PINK COSMO

1½ ounces Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka
¼ ounce fresh-squeezed lime juice
¼ ounce premium triple sec
½ ounce Ocean Spray cranberry juice

Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

 
BELVEDERE PINK SOUR

1½ ounces Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka
½ ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Dash egg white

Shake vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup, then add ice and shake again. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lemon wheel or slice of pink grapefruit.

 
THE PERFECT “B&T”

2 ounces Belvedere Pink Grapefruit vodka
Fever Tree or Q tonic water

Rim a highball glass with a grapefruit twist and fill glass with ice cubes. Add vodka and tonic water. Garnish with pink grapefruit slice.
