I WAS CHANNELING my inner Abby Sunderland but didn’t want to go at it alone. So I called on some friends to join Captain Bob Sullivan and me on the not-so-high seas of Sag Harbor. After nervously boarding our sloop, Consuela, we settled in for sailing boot camp. Raise your spinnaker, find your sea legs and start sailing!
