Many of us have breakfast with Southamptonite Rosanna Scotto. As the coanchor of Fox 5’s Good Day New York, her city-centric reports are the perfect companion for our morning coffee. But off-air, it’s her large Italian family that joins her in breaking bread. The Scotto family—including mother Marion, sister Elaina and brothers Anthony and John—runs Fresco by Scotto, an Italian eatery that serves up rich homemade pastas and hearty dishes like crispy free-range chicken and grilled veal chops, many of which are also featured in the Scottos’ cookbook, Scotto Sunday Suppers and Other Fabulous Feasts.
