Celebrity zookeeper Jack Hanna made a personal appearance at London Jewelers in Americana Manhasset on September 27 to help benefit the Rescue Paw Foundation and The International Center for the Preservation of Wild Animals. In addition to a large turnout from the Udell family—with Candy, Mark, Scott, Jessica, Allyn, and Randi all in attendance—the evening included special appearances by some of Hanna’s more exotic friends, namely an armadillo, a penguin, a snow leopard, and a fennec fox.
